A quiet place only 1 kilometer from city center. There are a little garden in front of the hotel with a café where you can eat and get something to drink. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly.

Terrible experience, couldn't be worse. I feel I am humiliated. Here is what happened just now: I am on business trip at Tirana since May 30th, and stayed in prestige hotel since then. This afternoon I back from office to hotel, reception told me I need to move out tonight coz there is a group coming tomorrow. They arranged another hotel nearby. It's not convenient to change room, not mention with such a short notice. However, I agreed. But when I back to room and plan to pack my luggage, I found all my belongings have been packed. They are too thoughtful. All I need to do is take my luggage and go! I can't believe this, feel like I have been kicked out by the hotel. @ prestige hotel, do you have any respect to your customer? Do you have any respect to your customer's privacy? Who gives you the right to touch your customer's belongings without their consent?
