They just opened the new huge square - it is too big, it has nothing special . The statue of Skanderbeg is nice, so is the large mural from the communist time, but the square itself has no character.

From my point if view it's a stupid place. Extra big almost empty square with artificial rivers on it. Very strange! Can not understand what to do on it?
Entrance to parking is very tidy and not comfortable for big cars.

Beatiful place but you cant stay for a long time there because of the high temperature created by the type of the plaques.
