Dirty and cheaply run. No AC upstairs when the sun is streaming in. Floors and tables not cleaned for hours. I would say the franchise owner is trying to run this on the cheap. Good playground but after a few visits we won't be going back. Serves beer. Enough of those and you might not worry about the dirt on the floors.
