Yesterday my wife and I celebrated our 8 year wedding anniversary at ocean 82 and it was AWESOME. We sat at a table for two located right at the railing with the glass divider so you can see the sights and feel the breeze coming in off the ocean. The sunset was amazing. The staff was super attentive and the food was incredible. This is definitely a restaurant to check out, you will be very pleased you did.

The place is nice with an amazing view on the sea, but considering the food, the quality was not height as the expectations.
It's not value for money and unfortunately also several bedbugs on the floor near our table.

Very fine dinning! Truly exquisite with an amazing view. We sat in a corner table with the shutters adjusted perfectly to keep the setting sun glow to a minimum but allowed us to enjoy the view too. We enjoyed both warm and cold appetizers perfectly prepared and pared with a sweet white wine. Scalups were amazing with fine slices of duck laying across the top of each one. Here is the awesome part, out son played on the beach directly below while we enjoyed.

I've been to St Maarten 9 times this past year and only just discovered this restaurant. My fiance and I were seated at the water. A clear panel allows you to see straight out and you almost feel like you're in the water. Servers were extremely attentive. I started with a French Martini, YUM! We shared an appetizer of Lobster & Mushroom Ravioli in truffle oil which was heavenly. I had the Lobster Risotto, my fiance had the sauteed shrimp. For dessert we shared the creme brulee and honestly I was disappointed because the consistency was watery..disappointing but not enough to mar the absolutely wonderful food, ambiance & view. I WILL BE BACK!

We walked in tonight and were promptly seated on the deck with no reservations (12.4.17). We enjoyed the sunset with outstanding mojitos with dark rum and began ordering. The service was excellent, the food was very good as were the desserts. This is my favorite spot in Grand Case so far. Gratuity must be handled in cash like most places but there was the ability to ask for it to be added on prior to the card being charged. Our evening was 4.5-5 stars for our experience coming from 18 years in San Francisco. It seems to get busier at 8pm. We were there at 6. It was a less busy night in Grand Case after the festival the night prior.
