Like all in LatAm, unnecessarily complicated and difficult. Reserve through email, only with accounts where they ask for endless ridiculous information. Also drivers are the same as everyone else. Stay away unless you love wasting time for the same service you can get everywhere. Bad company.

A lamentable company with no commercial sense of contract and considering that only important client are valuable. From the commercial department Anahi Medina demonstrate an evident lack of commercial and contractual acumen highly detrimental to the client and elementary contracaul understanding. Book and make business at your own risk

I have just had an airport pick-up with Traslada. They were on time, driver very friendly and got quickly to my hotel.
