This would be a 3.5 star hotel in my opinion. The finishings look like a crowne plaza or Sheraton with decent amenities like a fitness center and a good bar.
The hotel seems to have very Kabul process, so check in / check out may take longer than expected

Very good hotel with lots of amenities. Need to staff the bar full time at night though.

Just fine.. rooms are hold but clean. Breakfast offered several things but quality of sweeties was arguable.

horrible experiencia and service. 4 days after request still waiting for a management call or email with explanation. bad cleaning, lights did not work properly and they did nothing to sort out, entered the room early in the morning while I was in, service woke me up in the middle of the night knocking on th door... not to come back despite the fact I have been there many times before. never a great place, always with little service issues, but this time a dreadful experience I requested explanation on and I am still awaiting
