Soy viajero freciente. Me aloje 2 veces con muy buen servicio en general pero hoy quise reservar y no pude, llame por telefono y me atendieron como el toor, francamente no vuelvo nunca mas. Ya no lo recomiendo

Excelente atención y precio. Utilicé la habitación para 5 standar y es ideal para una familia.

Realice una reserva por despegar al llegar al hotel no tenían idea de la reserva, la persona que me atendió desconocía del convenio, si no insisto con una copia de pantalla de la reserva me alegaba que no había lugar para mi. Después de varias llamadas apareció una habitación, el resto aceptable salvo la habitación con mucho olor a humo de cigarrillo. En general buen.

Only place that had vacancies due a medical world-congress in the city. It wasn’t clean at all, the carpet was sticky, all the blankets had hairs from previous customers (pic), I had informed about this to the staff but nothing happened. There was no electric outlet in the room, I had to unplug the small old tv to charge my phone. There was humidity in the wall’s bathroom and lack of cleaning.
My room 202 was very noisy I can hear all the noises from the street at night, from the wooden stairs that some passenger used to carry their luggage during the night and from an old elevator.

They charge you in advance at check-in, not as check-out. So you need to pay them without seeing the horrible dusty room.
