Very expensive and crappy ambient.
A very crappy place overall. There are so many restaurants in Rosario that can offer you a better service, better food and better feeling after ending your dinner or lunch.

Tries too much to be " hard rock cafe", expensive. Had a bad experience with food 2 out of 4 plates had dirt on it. No discount. Will never return.

Place is super big. A classic not Hard Rock cafe place trying to be Hard Rock cafe. I have to say it is beautiful. Design is perfect. Ordered a salmon, was good. The teriyaki sauce was yummy. We ordered 4 caipirinhas, they brought them served apparently in not the way they always do. When they asked the waitress why she said "it is a matter of time, if they have time in the bar they decorate it. If not, not". We ordered desserts. They never brought them. I went with locals. They say the place is super good for having lunch. Maybe it was just a one day thing. If you are in Rosario you have to go and visit.
