I don't often leave reviews but had such a terrible time here I feel like the management should be aware. The bartender, named Jessica, was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
We were there on business so one of my friends needed a VAT receipt, she lied to me and told me it was impossible to provide one. I used to bartend so I know how easy this is to produce and explained how she could do it. She refused a few more times and kept trying to walk from me until I insisted and she produced it in 2 seconds. Why make such a fuss over something so easy? Further to this, the "special" that day was really awful and I couldn't finish it.
Other than my experience it seems like a pretty generic pub with cheap food and drinks, but staff can really ruin a place.

Great venue. Good drinks prices, entry is reasonable. Made for a great night.
