Good clean near new cars for ace and current model cars for hertz. . Ace cars are cheap to rent with inexpensive cover. . Has a free bus to and from the airport. . Staff are always friendly and helpful, and offer good directions to places to see in and around Adelaide for interstate and overseas travellers. . Why pay more for the same car. We are open 8am to 5pm. So make sure you book your car correctly and always have your paperwork with you to avoid any unnecessary delays. Can be annoying if you book through online websites.

This would have been the worst experience that a 70 year man could have happen to them..Having been directed to the right area to wait by Airport staff we proceeded to contact Ace only to receive no answer to any and all the phone numbers that i had..As the airport was closed for the night i was stranded in a city that i had no knowledge of ...Security approached me to see what the problem was which i explained being of duty then offered to take me to my hotel which was gratefully accepted by me. Next contact with Ace via email i was blamed for the problem even though they had the incorrect arrival time ..Never would i use this company nor recommend them to any living person for car rental.

Very bad service, the brake of the car is not sensitive and I can't imagine how you could rent a car out with insensitive brake. We had an accident due to that insensitive brake. They held $3.5k from us saying they would provide with a damage report on how the car is fixed and the condition report on the brake of the car becore it is fixed; should all of these reports been provided then the money would be charged or not. However the damage report never came, and they had been avoiding our emails and conversations. They asked us to call Hertz where they handled all the claims issues however Hertz also had been very irresponsible and even hung up my call. This has been a very very frustrating car renting experience.
