Came in Sunday a lady took our order and priced up a couch at $2,300 and when going to order did not find one in stock so told us she would call us back by Tuesday ----- Which did not happen ,,,,,came in today (Thursday ) 2 lovely men where trying to help me as the lady on sunday did not call me. A lady with long black hair didn't even give her name or introduce her self that worked in there popped up rudly said we could take floor stock that was sat on for years and dirty , marked for the same price lady gave us on Sunday for new ,,, please people reading this does that make sense No No but this lady said you can discount a brand new item but not floor stock that has been sitting there sat on abused as show item cant be discound "What the hell is this lady on Sorry but really disappointed, plus did not try to even help or come up with a offer ,,, Im a business owner and that was very poor NOT HAPPY 😤😤😤

Rip off! Will not honor their 1 year warranty

This place is an absolute joke! I brought a king bed frame 6 months ago with a 1 year warranty and already the thin flimsy wooden slats have broken and now the bed frame is unusable, I called haggle co Woodville and I was asked to provide photos of the damage to claim our 1 year warranty. This business claims we are at fault for their flimsy slats and that they won't give us our money back! I am five months pregnant I cannot sleep on a broken bed or on the floor. I would not reccommend going to this store ever!!!

This place is an absolute joke! Worst customer service. No service offered while looking at mattresses. When I had finally chosen one to purchase and arranging delivery, it all became too difficult, as the sales person said he cannot guarantee what time of the day it will be delivered! Surely a contractor has his day planned. Well, then I went to Dreamland who arranged a time and day to be delivered, without any trouble. Pity, won't waste my time going back to Haggle.

I have been to this place a few years back, it was good. But recent visit made me think why the store was so quiet....only a couple of customers. Well the staff's actions proved it is the WORSE store ever.....that's why. Unhelpful staff, inflexible systems and staff (you want to exchange even when proven there is an issue....well better go down on your knees and BEG), staff are rude to me and my kids (to customers?...wow!), price is not cheap so why bother buy anything and they will give you a hand trolley and ask you to push your own out to your car while the other staff just stand and looked on with arms folded. NEVER AGAIN!

This place is definitely worst,
customer service is rude and mannerless, you pay delivery around $60 to $70 bucks for actually just to deliver on your door step not inside. I have bought so many from different furniture stores but never seen a badly treating delivery man. Seriously
