Picked up a $400 dress to try on and didn't even get a hello or be offered any assistance. instead I ended up buying the dress through the brand itself. The service is SO awful I would never give them a cent.

Terrible service - was not acknowledged in the store at all. Made shopping for an event really disappointing.

Really poor customer service, everytime I'm there all I get is a "hi" and that's about it. Iv stopped recommending LOve affair now due to the terrible customer service.
