Nice place but the reception isn't very helpful. Went there for a professional event and they told me it was cancelled when I asked for directions.... They were wrong

Location and room was perfect. Only issue was the scaffolding through the courtyard. We were a bridal party for the night and due to the scaffolding we couldn't use the courtyard as planned for professional photographs, and weren't advised of this so had to change plans at the last minute.
