After 4 years of doing yoga, I have found the Unley located Adelaide Yoga Flow the best place to experience the true essence of yoga that fits into our present world.
A wide choice of session times, teachers, and styles allows us to choose classes that create a dynamic energy flow to keep us buoyant or a restorative flow to clear blockages to make us buoyant. Even the music varies to match the energy of each session.
Sam and Dan, the always present owners of Yoga Flow encourage the individuality of each person as their busy lifestyle with 3 young children, exemplify the true meaning of yoga - union of mind and body.
I used their generous introductory offer of $20 to attend as many sessions for a week to experience the different yoga styles. Each class has different ages and fitness levels. We are reminded to focus on our mat and what we need for this session as we connect to the energy of like minded people.
I get great value from being a member where I can attend as many classes for just $30. I even get discounts on their yoga retreats. I am so grateful Yoga Flow inspires me to keep healthy as I create the lifestyle I hope for.
