I have been going to the classes for about 3-4 years, since just after I ceased full time work, which was basically sitting all day for very long hours. i could barely bend over or twist, my back was so stiff. I have really come a long way since then, and still really enjoy the classes. Terry always emphasises that we should only do what we feel capable of on that day. There is a range of expertise in the classes and a range of ages and body types, so no-one need feel bad about not doing a pose or not holding it as long as others. I have been with friends to other yoga classes but I think this one is the most fulfilling.
