For an out of town drop in swim $10 isn't cheap but no public pools in CBD as far as I could tell.

Great, friendly staff, incredibly helpful. They are much interested in helping you achieve your goals than trying to sell memberships. And it's a great gym.

Walking in off the street as a new resident in Adelaide I was greeted extremely well and shown the facilities . The staff are always happy and the equipment is spotlessly clean . If I had to make a suggestion it would only be for a cold drink fountain in the weights room , but that's just being picky because it is no effort to bring your own water bottle .

The pool is actually one of the nicest 25m pools Adelaide has to offer. Perfect cleanliness, perfect temperature and nice wide lanes.. ATM it's never crowded either. A great option in the winter when outdoor pools close (or otherwise curious what a combined gym program may achieve).
