I have started pregnancy pilates here recently and am really enjoying it. The classes are small and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Super convenient location from my work and quite affordable given the location and class size. Looking forward to doing some recovery pilates once the baby is out!

Physique Pilates is great, I've been going there for a couple of years now to their beginners/intermediate classes and also their pre-natal and mums and bubs classes. All classes are very professional, tailoring exercises to individuals needs and abilities. I would definitely recommend going there.
