I was after advice on the best product for an ailment. Staff pointed vaguely, "They're over there". I couldn't spot the items in the unfamiliar, pokey, over-crowded store; and asked again. More vague pointing. No advice on how to assess the best product either. I was left to my own devices. The staff member was too lazy and disinterested to take a few steps to come out from behind the counter, or to give any assistance at all. I left and spent my money elsewhere. Suggest you do too!

I'm on my honeymoon, and left the script for my medication in Canberra. I was hesitant about going to this chemist after reading the other 2 reviews but the lady who helped me was brilliant. Even with some phone tennis with my doctor, and my problem going over a few days she was able to fix up my script and called me when it came. This chemist basically saved me a lot of hassle.

Absolutely terrible advice, the pharmacist seemed to have no clue what she was providing from the script. Never used the drug before and required needles, when I asked for these she disappeared somewhere out the back and returned saying "these should work". Turns out they were not the right needles at all. Maybe if all you need is flu tablets this place might be ok, but don't go there if you need any advice!
