Very very poor service, even in an emmagancy situaition. I expected the healthcare in australia to be much more better than this. Whoever run this place you need younger enthusiastic attentive polite and non discriminative staff.

Fantastic and very caring - amazing Dr Bart Mascolo. The staff have always been very helpful. When going to a doctor people need to recognise that waiting should be expected as consultations could take longer. I travel across town.

Disgusting and disrespectful doctor Helen Kong, she did not listen to my word, just kept saying her words. And said she was very busy, many patients were waiting. Pardon?I paid and waited for nearly an hour(I had an appointment) to see you. Very bad experience.
