I've been a regular customer for years but this place has lost its charm since the new owners at the start of this year. It was a 9degree night tonight and the owner would not turn on the heater. Everyone in the restaurant was freezing and it made for an unpleasant dining experience. The staff were very attentive and lovely, whereas the owner was grim faced and unsmiling. What a shame because as soon as we ate our dinner we rushed out of there as our hands and feet were utterly frozen. What an uncomfortable dinner! The quality of the food has also dropped unfortunately. I'm sorry to say that this will be the last time we come here.

"Very good example of a very bad restaurant"
We had a very bad night there. Service was slow, orders got mixed up! My family including two kids waited exactly 2 hrs!!
When I complained about the delay I got very impolite and arogen response and too much lame excuses!
BTW friends of mine were not happy at all with quality of the food so I am happy I cancelled my order after 2hrs delay and didn't get the food.

Must have been having a bad night. Service was slow, orders got mixed up, asked for our dessert and coffee orders before we even got our mains. Most of the dishes were really good when they arrived and they felt so bad they took the coffees and desserts off the bill AND honoured three Entertainment Cards. Let's hope they get back to the glory days real quick.

Very good Italian restaurant. Very good service. I am visiting from perth and i must admit we need restaurants and service like this in Perth.
