Give you an allowance (quote) of hours involved, and then send an inexperienced junior driver that takes forever to load his truck, as well as taking well over an hour to get to a location that is maximum of 15 minutes away.

Hey just curious as you have now disabled your review/rating section on your Facebook page which contained my message about you fixing the fence you damaged at my warehouse. Was curious to see if you would like the latest courier invoice you've sent me dealt with in the same manner this post will be posted to every article you display on your Facebook page/affiliated boards. Also all time associate with this will incur a charge as i previously mentioned to your offices your incompetence should not effect my time. I love your company policy of if i make it such a hassle for small business to chase us they'll give up.

Progress Couriers delivered a lounge and kitchen suite that I purchased recently. I found the service amazing, from my first contact through their website, to the first phone all to arrange the details to delivery. I am aware that all the drivers are contractors, and it's not always easy for courier contractors, but the driver who delivered my furniture went out of his way to help me and make sure everything was unloaded without damage. I know he doesn't need to do that! I highly recommend Progress Couriers next time you need someone to deliver items that are too big for the car!
