This Vet is fantastic. She is direct and does not recommended costly treatment that is not needed. I would much rather see her than one of those over priced "day spa vets", that feel lovely but your pet does not care.

The worst customer service I have experienced. The Dr was very unhappy when I spoke with her. I am very disappointed and will not be returning here again. Recommend the public think twice before contacting this clinic.

Yes. This is not your standard big state wide vet clinic where 16 year olds are trained to push the most expensive dog food at you. This is a tiny clinic run by a very talented, yet eccentric, woman. She's amazing. It's wonderful to watch her with animals and she is passionate and caring about them, humans, not so much. But I don't care. I trust her way more than those huge over charging clinics. She is an old school vet who knows her stuff. Want a latte and a cushy seat when getting little Fluffy vaccinated? Go somewhere else.

I went there for an examination but felt that the clinical area was unhygienic and Dr was bit grumpy. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. If you want your pet cared for do not take them here. Dr Silvia is the grumpiest, least caring animal worker ever. Very disappointed.
