Supershape has the best machines to workout with - the Nautilus machines. They are the absolute best for exercise efficiency and productivity. I couldn't go back to any other. The gym has a nice old school feel to it, and a HUGE range of exercise equipment, more than any other gym in the area. I always talk about it to others.
