Simply the best gym, no exceptions. I have bought 5 mates along to the bring a friend sessions and every single one of them was so impressed that they left their previous gym and signed up within the week. If you need help achieving your fitness goals, Ben and crew are definitely the people to get you there!

Ben's Army is an amazing place to get fit. I've been to a lot of gyms over the years and nowhere cares more about looking after members than Ben's. They have an enormous range of equipment, friendly staff and an excellent mix of strength and cardio programs. There's a lot to like, but one of my favourite things is the way they always make sure you learn the correct techniques. The trainers also get to know you as a friend and not just a client, so they always know what you are capable of and how best to motivate you. Ben's is a down to earth gym that is just right for men and women of all ages. I even take my daughter to workout and she addicted to fitness now. You know your at the best gym when most of the clients have been there for years!!! Dave Penman

Ben's Army not only meets all of my needs but has a great social environment. Ben my trainer has helped me to become the strongest & fittest I have ever been & I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey. I wouldn't change it for a thing!

I've been a proud member of bens army for over three years! I love it! The atmosphere is great, every client is motivating and easy to talk to. The trainers are easy to approach and always happy to help. It's like walking into my second home when I arrive. I have trained with Ben for just over a year now and have achieved a lot of personal bests in weight assisted exercises as well as gained a large amount of self confidence. If you are looking for a gym to feel comfortable in, bring the kids and make physical gains, then I cannot reccomend bens army enough!

Incredible facility. With a full range of equipment for weight loss or muscle gain. Very friendly family gym atmosphere!
The trainers are amazing, highly recommended
