After the birth of my son I wanted to get back into fitness and the gym. Body Connect has an amazing environment where you always feel welcome and encouraged to push to your full potential. They always have a big list of group classes you can choose from to join in.

Great place, great people. Was looking to do some sort of training after I finished playing football. The team was very welcoming and the facilities are great. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Body Connect os a wonderful Gym with so much space to offer a variety of fitness classes and Personal training.
The staff are so lovely and do their utmost best to accommodate all clients needs and requirements plus being open to new ideas and suggestions. Thank you Body Connect staff for all that you have done for me with my weight loss and Wellness overall.

Weight loss has been my bigest challenge, and finding the bodyconnect has been the best decision for me. After having poor results at many other gyms, bodyconnect helped me tremendously. Not only have I lost 17kg and started to tone up, the social group interaction and friendship at bodyconnect has been outstanding for moral support and helped me challenge myself to keep at it. Highly recommend.
