Found the owners customer service very poor and came across as rude, however the one waitress he had working was professional and friendly.. hard to give this place anymore than one star as the chicken I had was the driest I 've ever eaten and the pasta had chillies in it that wasn't advertised on the menu

Look, if you've had Italian friends you'd understand they are often bold and precise characters, this can come across as rude, they aren't trying to be rude I'd say they're more so in "action mode" not "slave mode" that we're use to.
Real Italian feel and real Italian flavours. It is an experience.
Trio of dips is the best I've had in Ballarat yet. They offered more bread for our left over dip which is really nice!
