Cold food, plastic plates, noisy,children licking the self service spoons, toilets need upgrade. Food slow to be delivered to the self-sevre bar. Poor salad bar.

It's like re-experiencing my childhood. It's great that the few dine-in locations that exist still offer "The Works" complete with dessert bar just like I remembered. The Pizzas were coming out regularly and a great variety was on offer. Some of the decor and facilities could do with a bit of an update, but it's part if the charm and nostalgia of an outing here.

One of the few remaining dine-in Pizza Hut restaurants in Victoria with all you can eat buffet.

Pizza and garlic bread is served fresh from the oven, with a good range of options on frequent rotation (including chicken and vegetarian). Pasta, along with the salad and dessert bars offer a bit of variety. Jugs of soft drink available. The self-serve soft machine and sprinkles also special deserve mention.

Was quite busy during Sunday lunch - so book ahead if arriving with a group.

Excellent customer service. We had all you can eat and surprised how tasty everything was. Especially the pasta sauce. Kids are loud but what you expect in family restaurant. Two women breast feeding was different, made me blush a bit... lol
