Very very bad and unreliable. I waited for 20 minutes, nobody came. Called again and they said "wait another 15 minutes and then if nobody picked you up call us again." Apparently this is the only taxi in Ballarat which is very unfortunate. I would have given zero star. Go thank Google I had to give you one.

Useless service, can’t wait until ride Sharon apps are allowed and I’ll never use a taxi again, they are trash

Might be nice if they learnt the road rules and didn't approach a roundabout at a speed where they cannot give way to vehicles in the roundabout.

Absolute terrible service, waited for a good 2 hours in the freezing cold, called the service 3 times, and ended up standing in the middle of the road to stop the passing taxi! And not to mention the outrageous fee! Not happy at all worst taxi service ever!

Completely unreliable service!! Called up a little before 8am to have a taxi ready for 8:20am for me and 6 friends. When I had asked if booking a maxi cab would come at any extra cost, the customer service woman on the other end of the line replied 'I don't know'. How could you 'not know'? Do you not work for this business? (Probably acted dumb hoping we would book the more expensive option). It only got worse from here! After being told I had been put on the 'priority' list, my friends and I had waited out the front awaiting the taxi. 8:20am comes and goes. 15 minutes later, still nothing! Ended up calling them to find out what was going on. Was advised to wait another 10-12 minutes... This time comes and goes, surprise surprise - still nothing!! Not to mention my friend had to be at work!! (Might I say he ended up being late to his shift!!) Frustrated, I called again (would have been courteous for them to notify me instead?) to which I was hung up on by some rude woman. Finally, after the 4th call, and more than an hour later, I was advised that 2 sedans had been made available.. 30 minutes away!! Pathetic!! Not to mention the OUTRAGEOUS fare of the cab ride. This is why Uber is taking over the taxi industry!! We were not happy to say the least!! Do not recommend!!
