I have been attending Vitality for over a year now, and I have found the teachers friendly, approachable and professional. They offer a wide range of classes at various times during the week, so there is always a class that I can squeeze into my week.
The yoga intensive courses are amazing, and so beneficial for my body and my mind.

A great range of classes for all levels of experience that are reasonably priced. The main yoga studio is beautiful; - large, light, airy and spacious with brilliant infra red heating panels. As this is also a yoga teacher training school, the teachers are well trained and great at offering suitable options for different needs. Located in the heart of Bendigo with plenty of parking options, particularly for night classes. This yoga school has been running since 1993.
