I really wish I had read the reviews before going to Casablanca's - if I had, I would have thought twice about going there. Now, after being there myself - I must warn everyone before 'giving it a go'.
The main complaint is that they are understaffed - so just getting even a round of drinks, or even ordering a meal is a challenge - but I can handle that.
What I can not handle is when the meals are brought out for a group and they are cold. We ordered a pizza - tepid. A parma - luke warm but just edible. And an emu steak - that was cold. I took it back to the chef (as there were no staff to approach) - who said it was warm. A disagreement then started on why I would bring back cold food to a chef - the best I could get him to agree to was that the plate was cold, and he could microwave it.
The beers are not cheap - and one of the manager staff was very rude to other patrons.
Good location - that is all it has going for it - but would be better off not providing food or anything that resembles service.

Good spot for a few drinks. There is karaoke on the weekends which is always a lot of fun!

I purchased an online voucher which was a ridiculous bargain $39 for two - yes you heard correctly. The service was wonderful they were quick, saw that we were always happy and atmosphere vibrant and cultural. Food was delicious I ordered the Emu on pumpkin and my partner ordered the seafood marinara it was very good will definitely go again. Also just a heads up they do a 2 for 1 Tuesday ;) You're welcome.
