music is a bit loud for me personally, but that's my only complaint.
I enjoy the drinks here and love the cocktails! Your staff are always friendly and approachable, and have good work ethic

Awful experience from Issy, we heard about a group that got rejected due to I.D and another group that she purposly got thrown out because "she didnt like them" that was her words to her colleague. this girl needs chatting to. awful awful customer service!! awesome place.. love it.. shame about her

My only wish is that i could leave zero stars! the staff here are terribly rude, after paying for five of my colleagues to bowl yesterday we were met with Izzy, i really think some extra training, decorum and customer service is necessary on her part! I have never met someone so rude un --empathetic and uninterested in my entire life and i have travelled the world numerous times. We were told at 7.30pm the bouncer may ID my 30 year old partner which we understood and took the risk however i was not expecting ten minutes later for Izzy to bring him over to our isle and point out the fact my partner of 30 years of age had forgotten his ID. we were asked to leave without even finishing the game. If this was the case fair enough but do not take peoples money in the first place. The attitudes of the security and staff especially Izzy is absolutely disgusting i am not surprised at all that this establishment has 3 stars. embarrassing!

Great venue - our group enjoyed the facilities and even more importantly we had great service from the staff: very friendly, attentive, and went out of their way for us. Will definitely return!

We went into Strike Bowling at Wintergarden on 25th June for one of the ladies' Birthday, We were greeted by the most lovely gentleman name Damien at the reception. He was very accommodating and helpful in deciding the plan to keep our party going. Half an hour in the karaoke room had us all in the great mood and best way to finish off our night. We strongly recommend Strike Bowling Wintergarden to anyone who is looking for a great time for small group or large. They do the special $25 for unlimited games on Sundays!!!!!
