Service very disappointing. Latte and ciabatta toast ordered. Latte was so strong it was almost an espresso with milk. Requested additional milk, was brought a very small jug to mix more milk in. Finally got the latte remade. Ciabatta toast felt like it had been toasted twice, hard as a rock, three very small pieces brought out with no presentation. Honey was thin and runny. Was told thats how it comes...... Friend ordered 'white tea'. Was told by waiter didn't have white tea, never heard of it. Seriously?? Its a pot of tea with a serve of milk. Manager apologised, no offer of discount of account or come back for a coffee on the house . Giving this place a wide berth.

I went here for a hen's lunch today. The service was poor, long waits, inattentive wait staff, cold food and overpriced.

This is a wonderful upbeat meeting place. want a table out the front you have to book ahead. The staff are so friendly and the food is really very good

Not sure what went wrong but I'm guessing the chef who cooked my breakfast doesn't really love his or her job. The bacon was chewy and excessively salty. Kind of reminded me the bacon they serve in Bali. Not good at all. All I could taste on the eggs was vinegar. I know a few teaspoons of vinegar are needed when poaching eggs however half a bottle of it doesn't do it justice. The sausage had a funny smell, the toast was burnt on the edges and the mushrooms were sloppy and bland. I had three mouth fulls when asked how my breakfast was. You can imagine my response. To the waiters credit, he didn't charge me and offered for it to be cooked again but I didn't want to take my chances. Maybe I just got unlucky or maybe the food has taken a slide. Won't be going back to find out.
