TL;DR:
Inconvenient and a waste of my time and money.
Booktopia supplied the rest of my textbooks in 48 hours where they took a month to order one in from their supplier.

A real life example of how many errors can be made in a single transaction:
1. Charges my credit card account without providing an Order Number.
2. Suggests I buy the books again after they don't have records of the sale in their computer.
3. Made me wait half an hour on the phone to contact Customer Service.
4. Immediately gave me the Order Number upon reaching Customer Service.
5. Staff promised 3 day delivery.
6. 1/3 books arrives 7 days after when they were promised.
7. Notified, 13 days after when they were promised, that the second book would be coming from Western Australia.
8. Informed, 15 days after the other texts were supposed to arrive, that I needed 2 other textbooks and ordered them through Booktopia... They arrived 2 days later.
9. No information was given about my final textbook, until last night where I learn that they didn't have it in stock and will see if other stores do.
10. Gatton apparently had a copy.
11. Gatton is now delivering it (1 month after I ordered it) and it will arrive, at earliest, the day after the practical I needed it for.

Completely unhelpful staff, bad experience with them both in store and online. I would not recommend them at all.

This type of shop on a uni campus is always going to be overpriced because you're paying for the convenience. Once you get past that it is a nice store.
All kinds of books, stationary, electronics, laptops, tablets, university branded apparel, backpacks, and of course new textbooks.
Beware the first two to three weeks will have thousands of students come through, so if you want to buy a textbook brand new place an order with them to reserve one as they often sell out. Signing up for a lifetime membership for 25$ will often save you a good chunk of change too, and pay for itself if you get 2-4 textbooks.

Generally overpriced for whats on offer. If you're a member the prices are slightly more bearable but keep in mind the union bookshop will be cheaper for stationary. Has charging cables and headphones for sale which is nice if you need a pair. Could offer better deals on some of the electronics for uni students, usually seems more expensive than places like officeworks.
