We got to Brisbane after 2 weeks on the road with one of their Chubby vans, extremely comfortable and spacious. We drove almost 3500kms and never ever had an issue. Our model was quite new, clean and fully furnished with all the cooking utensils and blankets we needed. The guy at the reception gave us a warm welcome and checked everything was alright with the vehicle. Thank you Travellers Autobarn team for this great trip!

I had the funniest end of my journey with Sam. He provided me with an awesome exceptional customer experience and even let me print my boarding pass for the flight. He just came back from a long trip from Europe as well and we cheerfully shared our travelling highlights. I can totally recommend that branch!

We rented a station wagon for 59 days. We picked up in Brisbane, returned in Melbourne and covered some 13000km in between.
We had done research before the trip and decided to go with TAB because of the value, and the option of a station wagon. It's also great that they offer unlimited kilometers with their rentals. The living equipment (tent, tables, chairs, kitchen stuff etc) were in good condition, and allowed us the option of camping in the tent or sleeping inside the car (we did both, depending on the weather).
The staff at both Brisbane/Melbourne branches were very friendly and efficient; both the pick up/drop off process were quick and painless. It definitely helps to have all your information ready beforehand (drivers license, credit card for bond, knowing what insurance you're choosing etc.). The staff at pick up went through some important notes (tolls, what to do in an accident, camping discounts), so it is beneficial to pay attention. Definitely download the Travellers Autobarn app, since that contains good camping information as well.
When we had a car issue, the Customer Care team was again helpful and quick to respond to our questions over the phone and email.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend TAB to other travellers. We would also rent with them again!

We had a great experience with Travellers Autobarn when we hired a campervan for Splendour. The customer service was outstanding at the depot both when we picked up and returned the vehicle. The guys were great at the Brisbane depot. I think we were served by John who made sure we had everything we needed.

I can't express how awesome Travellers was for us. We had a Hi5 camper van for 10 days and 10,300 km. The only issue we had was hitting a kangaroo (full coverage insurance paid off!), and travellers handled that for us with top notch service. It was a greater little camper van and everything functioned flawlessly.
