Currently being treated for melasma and within 10 days of commencing Dr Manoharan's treatment of prescription cream, medication, brightening serum and laser there is a huge difference and I'm so glad I chose to go here.
Dr Manoharan was very patient with my questions and I didn't feel at all rushed.
Nurse Keira was very helpful and informative during my laser treatment and also terrifically friendly.
I've read the other reviews about so-called rude receptionists and have to say that was not my experience at all. Very friendly, especially for 8am on a Saturday morning!
Having been the victim myself of an anonymous and unwarranted Google review I take comments of rudeness with a pinch of salt; treat others how you would like to be treated. I dare say the people who wrote them were not a delight to the staff at the time!

the doctor is not bad, but very bad receptions, no communications no consideration and rather rude the whole time. The reception girls must think they are the doctors and on top of world! Not asking to smile or anything, just to do their work properly. Mess up my appointment time and end up on chance to see the doctor. Not asking for being helpful, but to have a right attitude. Wondering why good business like this can't hire some one professional, the cashier at supermarket is smarter and better than these girls...horrible

Have been coming to Westside Dermatology for just under 3 years. The experience has always been great. Dr Zappala cleared my skin and i am finally acne free! The nurses have always been professional and friendly whenever i have had treatment. However, the parking isn't great apart from that i would recommend 10/10!

I saw Brad Jones for my annual skin check he was lovely. The whole experience was great (apart from the parking..) would recommend ! :)

I have been a client of Westside Dermatology for over two years now. I have had a variety of treatments done and are always blown away by the professionalism and results seen. I would also like to mention that the Westside reception staff are thorough and always go above and beyond to make you visit comfortable. Thanks Westside!!
