Friendly staff, nice rooms and a good restaurant attached. We'd definitely stay here again next time we are in Brisbane.

Excellent location adjacent to transit centre. Great staff - friendly and helpful. Good food and drinks fairly priced at on-site restaurant.

Not impressive as i expected from a Shangri La. That fact was a deciding factor in my choice of staying here and i was bitterly disappointed. Service letdown from the 30 minute wait of my cheeseboard which looked like a rush job, and the receptionist who questioned my sister over whether she is really a guest here after their ticket machine in the car park failed to recognise our parking pass. Not cool. Room was facing train station and yes you can hear trains from 5.30am til 12am on the weekends. Rooms were modern but after staying in balcony rooms, wouldnt again stay in a room without a balcony or option to open a window. All in all. Its a below average hotel stay. I wont recommend. There are more central places on offer for the same or less price.

Very spacious, comfortably furnished rooms. My favourite part was the free water bottles and little espresso machine with milk capsules in the fridge! Free WiFi with absolutely no hassle was such a luxury after staying in Sydney where you've practically got to pay for toilet paper.

Lovely hotel in a good location, close to the railway station which is handy if you are coming to Brisbane via a train but it's not so great if your rooms on the northern side. The rooms are quite nice, the beds are so comfy (currently laying in one, its lunchtime) and the bathrooms are large and modern. Not much thought has gone into the lighting in the rooms though, some nice lamps wouldn't hurt. The staff that I have seen were lovely, happy and super helpful. Parking here is very easy aswell. Overall, really happy with my stay.
