I was only in Brisbane overnight but had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and all the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Angel for his help with public transport directions.

The location was great. A quiet street in the city. A great restaurant adjoining with a menu to cater to any taste.
My only complaint is my room smelled damp and musty. On the flip side, I was at the end of the hall so nice and quiet.

Brads Service was fantastic, prompt & polite. The room was good value for money. We had a few special requests and none of those were an issue or made us feel like we were a pain. Brad is great at what he does. Would stay again :)

Friendly staff and very patient with first-time hotel goers. They were very accommodating and very helpful with any questions or requests we had. The restaurant downstairs which serves breakfast for hotel guests was superb and the room we stayed in was very comfortable and was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and again very clean.
4 stars, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely room for the cost, very clean and well kept premises.

Very clean. Spacious toilet/shower. I think we had a room that's for disabled because of the extra amenities in the shower. Quite disappointed that we didn't have a bath tub as in the pictures (that's why we booked it). The receptionists were friendly. It's a bit of a walk to the city as well. Overall, comfortable experience for an overnight stay.
