Staying while visiting Brisbane for training. Upgraded to a suite on arrival. Extremely comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast and meals at hotel restaurant. Excellent location and very close to the river and CBD.

We had a great two night stay in one of their junior suites. Really good experience pretty much all the way trough. Nice room, great facilities, good breakfast, fast elevators, etc.
The only negative experience we had was with a few of the staff. Check in and check out was just cold and close to rude, some of breakfast staff were impossible to get attention of, etc.
Not expecting fireworks here, but from a five star hotel smiles should be included.

Just wow. The room, amenities, service, cleanliness, food, the complimentary Chardonnay and plate and the complimentary breakfast; everything hit high notes for me. Just came for a weekend trip and watch the rugby game and what a surprise it was to see such a good place. I thought the photos were too good to be true but indeed they were. I would definitely stay here if I come back to Brisbane.

My wife and I had an overnight stay at The Point recently, and couldn't be happier with the room and service we experienced.
The Couples Retreat package was excellent value compared to many in the area, the suite was inviting, as was the large tub, and the bed comfortable. The room service breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious, and delivered on time.
This is the second time we have stayed here, and it won't be the last.

Nice hotel, if you get a good room it is really nice. Unfortunately I got a room with a bath room that looked like in a hospital. It turned out they gave me a room for a person with a disability (hence the "hospital look" , for space to shower when you have a wheelchair).
However, there was no reason to give me that room as many others were available, so I am not why why they did. The staff was able to book me into another room, which was nice.
