I visited the ridges to look at buying a unit. The unit was nice and the service was good from the receptionist however the unit wasn't what I was looking for as a permanent living arrangement. However even though it wasn't for me, I could see that the service and quality was still 5 star worthy.

Location is central to where i need to be and rooms are great and the staff are friendly and super helpful

Whilst I was grateful that there was room in this Hotel, there were a few things that drove me crazy - the tiny kitchen that had absolutely no bench space, and the fact that they didn't have a washing machine even though the bathroom was huge! I loved the wooden floors, the couch, and knowing that there were swim and gym facilities. I would have stayed long-term if there was a more usable kitchen and laundry. The windows directly faced the apartments next door which I wasn't used to. Felt a bit exposed. But overall a good location but that hill is so hard to climb when the weather gets hot and humid. Pleasant room once you get the AC on.

I've visited this place a few times and must say it has really improved under the new managers. The apartments, lobbies and lifts have been refurbished and the service has improved remarkably. The location is great, only 5 minutes’ walk to the CBD.
