Loved the entire experience. Friendly reception and staff, great atmosphere, quiet, clean rooms, great prices and good servicing. The hotel is also situated next to shops and cafes and a close walk to Southbank. HIGHLY recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Oh my god the bed, pillows, the sheets and the bed were pure luxury and quality...I didnt want to leave the bed. Great location and beautiful old charm. This will now be our hotel of choice when visiting Brisbane. I would recommend this hotel.

Always have a good time when I go to the casino. Staff are very friendly and always up for a good conversation. One staff member, Steven, is a really great guy and if anyone from management is reading this give him a promotion!

Located in the cbd. Has lots of options for those looking for bets. The restaurants is nice. Specially loved the lamb shank. All dishes have a very generous serving size. Service was a quick consider how crowded it was. Although people who spend time/money in the casino might not worry too much of this but you could probably get similar food for a cheaper price outside the casino.

We had lunch in The Kitchen lower ground floor. Atmosphere busy... food good...not great. Staff very attentive and friendly.
I had the chicken BLAT which was nice. My hubby had an Angus Beef Burger which he said was not good, very dry. Considering these were both $22 each we did expect better.
The rest of the casino is as a casino is expected to be. Gaming tables and lots of poker machines with bars scattered around.
