Citycover are the perfect sized insurance broker. They are small enough to be personal and care and large enough to have all the resources you need including a dedicated claims department that made processing my claim following the recent hail storm fast and simple. They are part of the Austbrokers Group and managed to get specialised terms and inclusions in my insurance that I never would have got had I gone direct to one of the big insurance companies and tried to negotiate with them by myself. They have arranged better cover with better inclusions and all at lower or competitive rates so cannot recommend them highly enough!
