WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!! Will never deal with them again and will change my insurance supplier.
I was hit on my back by another car and "probably" hit the car in front of me (I said probably, because the guy in front of me stopped, but drove off and I wasn't able to get his details and only realized the damaged at my car in the next day).
Even the photo taken showing that there was a damage in the front of my car, they didn't pay to fix it.

If you are thinking to close a deal with them, DON'T DO IT, because it won't worth it.

See the photo they sent me saying there was no enough evidence of the damage.......

Very bad insurance company and cheaters.Do not insure with these guys. They charged me excess amount for not being at fault and when enquired about it they said they couldn't find the person because he wasn't responding and so they wrote it off

One of their customers was at fault in an accident with my car. CommInsure were great with me as a 3rd party getting compensated under their customer's claim.They did not stuff me around at all. They sent someone who did a fair assessment. They paid out the damage + incidental costs very quickly. I would certainly use CommInsure on my next car when I need full comprehensive cover .

Appalling customer care and communication, (or lack thereof to be accurate). Storm damage mid-December smashed my front door; after paying $1000 excess I hope to finally get the replacement fitted in early May by the fourth contractor assigned to the job. Special mention should go to Maincom who are the clowns Comminsure use to manage repairs - useless. My first tradie disappeared without trace, the second quoted but Maincom declined his quote for travel costs, the third never turned up. My fourth guy appears to be reliable touch wood. I have cancelled my comminsure policy after 8 years of payments and only one claim. Do not use them.

DISGUSTING. have had insurance and home loan with them for 8 years. Lodged our first claim after the big storms a month ago in Sydney and we had 3 separate leaks in the ceiling. Got told it was due to incorrect installation of flashing around the chimney. (the flashing has been fine for 30+ years) declined 2 rooms, got told we could pay our $1000 excess to have them paint out the mould in my kids nursery. No roof repairs Nothing else. WTF.
You just lost a customer.
