Absolutely rubbish service, paid full comprehensive insurance for them to mention that I now only have 1 option of repairer and no one else.... so i go and look up their repairer recommendation and low and behold its got so many shit reviews for dodgy repairs and half assed jobs... pays for full comp and then not even given an option of repairers and get told to go to their shitty dodgy ass repairer. Thank lord you guys are closing down, worst insurance out. On another note the staff have always been nice on the phone, the company as a whole is rubbish though.

I've been with them since 2009 and never had an issue weather I was claiming or not at fault and infact helped me out with an at fault driver who tried to be Dodge when he was at fault.

Ok insurance company until they had to pay out, it took me so long to get the money out of them and I had to constantly call them to chase it up. AND they kept charging me long after I reported the car stolen and a pay out figure was agreed on. What was I insuring? A stolen car that I no longer have?

Doesn't look after loyal customers.... Was with JCI for almost 10 years and never made a claim. I recently switched to Shannon's because I received a letter that JCI was being consolidated.
JCI never offered me anything except price & excess hikes.. I asked them if there was any sort of rebate for being a loyal customer wit no claims and they just laughed at me. Nice Just Car...

Absolutely hopeless. Was told 3 days for car repair, they took 3 weeks and returned car with no handbrake. Was told an assessor would come out and check then approve (or not) repair, but then told I'd have to take it to assessment centre 4 suburbs away. 28 days without a car so far but no-one can go around the standard requirements.
"Just Car Insurance will do our best to make your experience as hassle free as possible" - what rubbish.
Need insurance? Check Shannons.
