Very disappointing once i was a member with them. I was constantly chasing after them to sort out an issue. Not once did i receive a call back during the issue, it was always me contacting them. Meanwhile the issue is still not resolved.

I rang to see about joining NIB, and the guy I spoke to confused the hell out of me in regards to hospital cover, waiting periods and all of that. So I'm a bit annoyed to be honest as I really thought of joining another health fund but, I will rejoin my old one! You really need to teach your staff over the phone manners, sometimes we don't understand what you're saying half the time and it gets very confusing! Make it simple!!

Friday night, rang to cancel my policy. they said next payment is due Monday, have already taken it out of your bank, too bad for you...

Don't know why the reviews on here are all for NIB in general, there's a million other websites for that.
I walked in today with a view of talking about a quote I'd received online and asking a few questions. The level of service I got blew me away, my quote was tailored to my needs, and I ended up with what I reckon is a good deal. Very friendly staff and a nice shopfront too. Can't say anything about the claims process as yet, but this retail centre is pretty damn good.

I have been an NIB member since the 80's and have always received fantastic rebates and service from this Company. The benefits of being a long sustained member are some of the reason I would never become a member with anyone else. Thanks NIB
