Incredibly nervous to try Hot Yoga / Bikram but the teachers at the studio put me at ease. So much so I have kept coming back for a few years now. They are so supportive, nurturing and encourage you to listen to your body but apply yourself and go to your "edge" whatever that might be for the day. Can't wait to try their new Hot Pilates classes recently added to the timetable!

Brisbane's original Bikram Yoga Studio, offering the classic 26/90 as well as Hot Inferno Pilates, is so much more than just a sweat dungeon! It's the one place where I can channel my inner ninja warrior while being surrounded by amazing friends. It's the place where I can let myself fall and heal with the help of the community who is present to hold and support me through any struggles that might arise. The teachers are all fantastic and even after 5 years of continuous practice I still learn something new each class.
BYB is simply awesome - and if you are lucky you might even see the unicorn when you bend yourself backwards ♥

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This is the most amazing Yoga and Pilates place you will ever find! The teachers here are amazing and very very lovely! It's a very relaxed environment where you can feel free without any pressure of the outside world and even doing the yoga itself. Your free to go at your own pace and just breath and love your surroundings. The people are lovely and the area is amazing! Who wouldn't want to go to such a wonderful place to be at peace with yourself and your mind?! 😇 Highly recommended for anyone who is a beginner and wants to learn or even anyone wanting to relocate to a new place... this is the one for you!

I have been practising Bikram for a while and have tried a couple of different studios, both in Australia and overseas. Bikram Bardon is my favourite! Really friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Nice clean and tidy studio and good parking. The Yoga itself is life changing! Come and try it out, you wont regret it!

True Bikram yoga with a yogi community that is truly awesome. TD and Christine have created the perfect space to recharge and balance your life. The choice is yours :) The studio is clean and easily accessible from public transport or private car with plenty of parking. I've now had the pleasure of doing some world 'yoga' through my travels and Bardon is up there with the best ❤️👌🙏
