Not your average gym. The trainers want to be there and are are willing to help you through rehab and improving your fitness. Highly recommend.

I've been going to EnhanceHQ for about 1-2 months now, and I'm loving it. The trainers are all well qualified and really know what they are talking about. The nutrition advice has been really helpful and I'm seeing good results already.
Full disclosure; I work for a marketing company that is working with EnhanceHQ at the moment. I would highly recommend them independent of this.

Enhance HQ is excellent!!! Such a cool and great space to "sweat it out"!
The staff are amazing! They are always willing to help, and want you to be the best you can be.
