Best boxing gym I have been to in 20 years, Great classes, Bargain prices, amazing staff and top of the line equipment. You feel like family as soon as your walk through those doors.

I loved the boxing session I had here. I am not a competent boxer by any measure, but the coaches and teaching staff here made an extra effort to show me the proper form. I was only in town for a few days, but I made it a point to visit this gym after some research on the net. I made the right choice! Lots of good boxers in the gym, and the class i joined made me sweat buckets!
