Honestly horrible. Me and a friend asked about pricing, got pressured into coming in and said we only were looking not set on anything. Came in, josh walked us around didn’t seem interested in talking to us and we then said we would think about it. Two minutes later we get a text which was meant for someone else saying how we were wasting his time. Very unprofessional and was more than happy to let everyone we know how horrible the service was.

My son joined this club in Jan 2013, he moved to the Gold Coast in October 2013, therefore visited the club returned the access key and informed the staff of the change in circumstances to cancel his arrangements with the club. Had no further communication from the club until this September 2017 some 4 yrs later threatening external debt collectors for an arrears of $210.12, what the, where did this come from and why now years latter. I'm seeking legal advice from my lawyer. I would not join this club, particularly after now reading other reviews.

Do not join this gym! They only care about getting your money (particularly on direct debit). On joining the guy tried telling me they don't really do a 3 month upfront memberships but I saw on their website they do (they just want the direct debit so they lock you in and also charge you a ridiculous quarterly $9.95 equipment upkeep fee) so he had to go 'check with his manager if he could do an upfront membership for three months'. The guy who signed me up didn't even show me around, didn't show me how to enter or exit after hours and didn't take me through a 24/7 induction which they should do on signing me up and on my first visit there before hours my swipe card didn't work (3.30am in the morning) so I couldn't get in.
The upkeep on the equipment is HORRIBLE!!!!! And they charge members the $9.95 quarterly maintenance fee which they guarantee is for maintenance of the equipment. There is one treadmill that has had an out of order sign on it since I joined three months ago, so many of the treadmill inclines don't work, the medicine balls have splits in them and can't be used (they have been like this the whole time I have been there), the pulley machines need serious oiling, the velcro boxes need replacing as they have lost their grip and don't stick together making it dangerous and I could go on and on.

appears not much has changed with the customer service looking through these reviews. While the instructors are wonderful the front desk can't even acknowledge you when you walk in more than half kf the time.
I signed a contract for 6 months and although it has expired I accepted to pay fortnightly as I had been enjoying the gym (without resigning papers) now I want to cancel the manager seems to be delaying the process and expect me to pay a month before the termination.

The gym manager come to me and ask me to leave the gym just because I was helping my friend with her training. I'm not a PT and I didn't do any PT stuff, just trying to be a good friend. But the manager trying to throw me out the gym and He said I can't stay at the gym if I'm not training. What does that suppose to mean? How can a person train himself if he is helping someone else? I've been a member here for a long time and training here every afternoon. The attitude of that club manager was extremely bad. I used to like this gym . Please do not come to this gym. Unless you wanna been insulted too.Never been insulted like this!
