The owners Chris and Emily are some of the most down to earth, kindest people you will ever meet. Their care with individuals recovering from injury, pregnant or postnatal is second to none. They are extremely skilled and knowledgable instructors and I always feel safe in their care. My core and overall strength has never been better and my work outs with them ensured a speedy recovery after my baby and I believe an easy labour. I love their classes, their studio and them as people. Ellie one of their instructors is also an absolute gem, just like the owners.

What a lovely couple! Chris and Emily were so accommodating and being my first time attending Barre classes didn't draw any attention to my extreme lack of dance skill! Barre is a great work out, that for a regular gym goer, still allows you to feel the burn without the heavy impact. I'm sorry to see them go from Stones Corner but wish them all the very best in their new location.
