Visiting the area from overseas and was recommended Stepz Ashgrove in the local area. While not a large gym, it has everything needed for a great workout. Justin, the trainer, was very welcoming and accommodating. Jason, the owner, interrupted his own workout to take the time to personally introduce himself and show genuine interest in a walk-in customer. The environment is welcoming and has a great vibe. You feel like you belong immediately. Great value for money. Clean facilities and amenities. I would definitely become a long-term member if I wasn't returning overseas.

Simply the best gym I have been to period!! Definately better than anything else around this side of the city.
It's a well setup small gym, they cap there numbers so you never are waiting for equipment (unlike all of the big gyms in the area).
The best part of the gym are the 3 owners. super experienced, knowledgable guys. There is always an owner at the gym, they don't have any sales targets and aren't trying to push pt sessions or anything.
Give this place a go, u won't regret it!
